While we generally look for solutions outside, there actually are some quick fixes that we either disregard or don’t pay attention to. Everybody’s on the same boat

Okay, maybe a boat sounds too small. Everybody’s on the same cruise then! Though your situation might seem like one of a kind and the battle that you’re fighting is gargantuan; believe us when we say this, “You Are Not Alone.” You are unique, everybody is. But the fact that all of us have at least a bitty bit of anxiety now and then, cannot be sidelined. It’s anxiety and can hit anyone, anytime it feels like. So just take a chill pill, would ya?

Master control keys are not always with you

It’s okay to not be able to manage everything. Some situations are out of control and there’s not much you can do about it. Stressing about it will simply make you feel worse; leave alone handling the situation. In hostile conditions like these, try to take a step back to rethink – question yourself if there’s anything you can do. Clear the fog in your mind and workout a viable solution. If there’s nothing you can do then just sit back and relax. For stressing and anxiety is going to get you nowhere!

Give it your best and forget the rest

One of the best and sanest advice for anybody who’s prone to getting stricken by anxiety is this! You just need to concentrate on doing your best in every situation. And the rest will fall into place itself. If it’s not falling into place then “Picture abhi baaki hai mere dost.” And like we already said, if you can’t do anything else, then just don’t stress.

Burn it off

We hope you have that bestie to talk to but what if you wake up in the dead of the night feeling the intense emotional rather mental debris of unconnected thoughts that are pretty hard to ignore? While we wish this doesn’t happen to you, we also believe in keeping a cure handy. So here’s one for you. Remember ‘Jab We Met’? How Aditya tells Geet to burn off her worries? Well, we hate to say it but it kind of works! You could also buy yourself a beautiful anti-anxiety gift. Wondering what? Punching bag! Hang it and punch the life out of it. It’s going to be a highway to a better health, both mental and physical!

Scribble the balderdash

Don’t hate us for this but here’s another one for the road. While what you think when you’re stricken by anxiety might seem very valid at that point of time it might not seem a big deal later. But that said we don’t want to just talk out of a box. Give it a shot and write it! Keep a diary. Write everything you feel. A page or paragraph or even a word would do you a lot of good. Why do we think this’ll work? Well, the mind doesn’t work hard to remember what it knows is already there some place safe. So you just write it and forget it. It’s like parking your stress in some place safe. You’ll most probably just smile at yourself when you read it next.

Sometimes, anxiety can actually pay off

We are not even kidding! Remember how during the boards, our parents would be after us to keep everything ready? We were busy worrying about what we’d write in the paper. Well, guess what? Mostly it helps to be extra careful. So next time you feel anxiety hitting you in the back of your head, make a list of everything and check them one by one. This way you are sure that there’s nothing missing and your stress doesn’t have anymore room.

Therapy? DIY!

The best therapy for your anxiety is not really medication. Meds are required but when anxiety is super high. But for instant relief meds will take time. So what to do when anxiety strikes and you’re in the middle of it? Do therapy yourself. Clear your mind and count until 10. Take deep breath. Sip coffee. Whatever works for you. Some people also find calm in the loo! No kidding. You need to find a solution for yourself.

  1. Psychological therapy is far better. But many people don’t always know how to. So I can say that you should now find your trusting online therapist. It’s just that now it’s no problem nor is it difficult to find a video chat therapist, for example, I’m very pleased I’ve been able to. So I’ll have to find a online/therapy chat . I am now sitting at home and drinking tea and getting the whole day’s treatment and relaxation. It also helped me to develop domestic resources. For this I am sincerely grateful to the specialists who help me. I also advise them to you. Good fortune!

  2. I was surprised when I discovered that fruits turned out to be my comfort foods, and I can say that eating apples or oranges helps me feel less anxious.

  3. In general, adding more veggies and fruits to your diet will have a beneficial effect on your health for sure, and it won’t take you long to feel better. I can tell you that after I started eating properly, ordering cannabis products from Getgreen and going to the gym, both my mental and physical conditions started to get way better.

  4. Nowadays, anxiety can be effectively treated, and I’m not talking about going to various psychotherapists. I mean a quality CBD edible that you can buy here https://westcoastbud.io/products/edibles/ and effectively treat anxiety and other nervous disorders at home. Personally, I really love CBD gummies because they are incredibly delicious and work great for improving my mental health.
