Chocolate Protein Chia Pudding contains a healthy dose of chia seeds, almond milk, whey protein powder, and your favourite berry toppings will make your dessert much more like a winner than a nemesis of your diet.

Ingredients

1 ½ cups unsweetened almond milk

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 scoops Whey Protein Powder

1 ½ tablespoons of cocoa powder

1 teaspoon honey

3-4 tablespoons Chia Seeds

½ cup Strawberries, Blueberries, Cranberries

Method

Put almond milk, Whey Protein Powder, vanilla extract, honey, and cocoa powder in a blender and mix till they form a thick smoothie. Now, soak the chia seeds in half a glass of water and keep it for 15 minutes. Once the chia seeds come to gel like consistency, stir them with a spoon to remove any lump. 1 cup melted Dark chocolate

½ cup Sugar or jaggery

1½ cup Digestive biscuits crushed
