Dark chocolate- 1
Nutella- 1/4 cup
Milk chocolate- 1
Chopped almonds and pistachios- 1/4 cup

Using a straw, remove stems from strawberries. Then, fill Nutella in a plastic cone and pump it into the strawberries. Once you are done with all the strawberries, keep them in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Now, melt the dark chocolate and milk chocolates using separate double boilers. Now comes the oh-so-delicate part of this recipe! Take a toothpick or you can use your hand as well and carefully dip 1/4th of the strawberries into the melted dark chocolate and place them on a baking sheet. Refrigerate again for 30 minutes and let them set. Take a spoon and dip it in the milk chocolate, then continuously moving the spoon, do a criss-cross pattern on the strawberries. Finally, garnish with chopped almond, pistachios and sprinkle powdered sugar on top.

Chicken- 250 grams cut into small cubes
Black pepper powder- 1 teaspoon
Olive oil- 2 tablespoons
Finely chopped Onion- 1 medium
Garlic – 8-10 cloves, minced
Ginger paste- 1 teaspoon
Chilies- 4 minced
Soy sauce- 1 tablespoon
Peanuts- 1/2 cup
Coriander leaves- 2 tablespoons
Lettuce leaves, refrigerated- 8-9 nos

Marinate chicken with salt, black pepper powder, ginger paste and half of minced garlic for 30 minutes. Add olive oil in a pan and stir fry till it is cooked fully. Now add chopped onion, mushrooms, chilies, bell peppers and sauté lightly. Add soy sauce and salt. Then, add the cooked chicken and give a good mix. Now, on each lettuce leaf put the chicken mixture, a pinch of chopped coriander, and 1/2 teaspoons of peanuts. Now roll it and enjoy the yummy treat.

Skinless and boneless chicken breast – 2 (150 grams each)
Onion- 1 medium, sliced
Olive oil- 4 tablespoons
Green pepper- 1 small, cut into long thin strips

Tomatoes -3 diced,
Seeded jalapeno- 1 diced
Minced garlic clove- 2
Coriander leaves- 1/3 cup chopped
Lime juice- 2 tablespoon

Sour cream- 2 tablespoons
Add oil in a non-stick pan and cook chicken till light brown. Add all the ingredients except corn and cheese and sauté for some time. Add a cup of water and bring to a boil. Now, cover it with a lid and simmer for 10 minutes at a low heat. Now add corn kernels. Simmer it for some more time till chicken releases its juices. Once cooked, sprinkle cheese.
