As music evolves from decade to decade with each one moving to the beat of its very own particular genre from classical to jazz, blues, pop, classic rock, punk, hip hop and trance, so is the case with fitness. Exercising styles keeps going through trends after trends beginning from the simple stretches and arm swings to hula hooping and to the currently popular zumba.
