Chocolate Protein Chia Pudding contains a healthy dose of chia seeds, almond milk, whey protein powder, and your favourite berry toppings will make your dessert much more like a winner than a nemesis of your diet.

Ingredients

1 ½ cups unsweetened almond milk

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 scoops Whey Protein Powder

1 ½ tablespoons of cocoa powder

1 teaspoon honey

3-4 tablespoons Chia Seeds

½ cup Strawberries, Blueberries, Cranberries

Method

Put almond milk, Whey Protein Powder, vanilla extract, honey, and cocoa powder in a blender and mix till they form a thick smoothie. Now, soak the chia seeds in half a glass of water and keep it for 15 minutes. Once the chia seeds come to gel like consistency, stir them with a spoon to remove any lump. Method

Take a pan and add almond milk, honey, vanilla extract, cocoa powder, whey protein powder, salt, over medium heat and keep stirring to avoid any lump. Once cocoa is hot, add almond butter and keep whisking for a couple of minutes. Now, remove it from heat and pour into small serving bowls. Ingredients

1 cup melted Dark chocolate

½ cup Sugar or jaggery

1 tablespoon Butter

1 Ripe banana

1½ cup Digestive biscuits crushed

¼ cup Fresh cream

Method

In a not-stick pan, heat sugar and stir till it melts. Now add cream and stir occasionally. Now add butter and keep stirring till the mixture gets a syrup like consistency. Your toffy sauce is ready.

Now mash the banana. Leaving ½ cup of crushed biscuit aside, add the remaining amount of crushed biscuits with mashed banana and mix well.  Add a tablespoon of toffee sauce to it. Now make ball shapes out of it and refrigerate for and refrigerate for half an hour. Now take them out of the refrigerator, coat them with melted chocolate and refrigerate for 10 more minutes.
