About Fitness Force

Fitness force located near the IT park of the garden city has the equipment specifically designed to cater for the complete beginner to the elite sportsman. The personal trainers are well certified, supportive and guide through positively. The trainers offer appropriate guidance to the beginners who are not used to any exercise or fitness programs. They try to improve your movements until you get and go for it.

There is provision for free parking. The weekday and weekend batches are quite flexible and convenient for professionals as well to join in the class. The special offerings include weight loss, weight gain programs, body building and body strengthening fitness programs, and many other fitness motivating exercises.
