I was 85 kg and my family doctor told me I should loose weight .Then I thought of joining gym . I joined and took a trainer immediately .Gopal had all the patience in the world , at the same time he persisted .He helped me to loose around 12. Kg in 6 months . He used different strategies every day which was really good and brought back my confidence .Now I have lost around 13 kgs .85 to 72 and I am aiming for 65. I want to thank my trainer Gopal from the bottom of my heart .

group classes are soo motivating ... monica is really working too hard to give 100% results i m soo happy with my fitness which i gained after including all these group activities... keep it up guys for ur team work...

I registered for 4 months and also paid for the personal trainer. The gym and trainer are awesome but however I had to go onsite for 2 months on a project in 1 month after I joined and when I came back Gold's gym did not oblige to give me a gym extension or refund my money. They never accommodated my request. Very very disappointed considering Gold's gym is an international brand. So if you are in a job that requires short term onsite travel do not join Gold's gym. They do not refund or even give you an extension.

The gym is well equipped and has ample space.. Staff are well friendly. Would have given 5 but the number of dumbbells (lower weight category) are too low for the crowd on weekdays. And the number of floor trainers can be increased.

It's been more than 2 years now since i started working out in this gym. I have joined many gyms prior to this gym. But after joining this gym I don't feel like joining any other gym. It's one of the best gym I have ever been. Trainers, staff are very friendly. Gym is very hygienic with all world class equipments and other facilities like steam bath, valet parking etc. Awesome ambience. I would say this gym is one of the best gym in JP Nagar and Jaynagar surrounding areas.
