Total rip-off. Do not join this gym. Got a 5 year membership before they opened and have rued my decision to do so ever since. Toilets are permanently stinking so much that the entire floor smells; dumbells dont have the weight kg stickers on them; broken mirrors; minimum of 3 treadmills and 1 cross trainer are 'out of order' at any point in time over the years; instructors dont bother unless you take a personal trainer add-on membership; A/C's work but they do not switch it on claiming some issue or the other; Now the weights section has been closed for 20 days and counting claiming maintanence and lastly, the manager here is such a lying coward to literally not come to the gym knowing that members are pissed off and demand answers or their money back. Quite a few members are considering getting together and lodging a consumer court complaint against Golds Gym. Save your money and join any other gym for half the price of what these jokers ask for.

Worst gym EVER!!!! Over crowded, machines not working, AC not working in the changing rooms for two months and still not working, trainers just about average and I could go on. The facilities are horrible, there are no medicine or gym balls, no kettle bells, they run short of yoga mats, oh not to mention they run short of diesel for their generators when there is a power cut. Management love signing on new members and making money but facilities are still the same and deteriorating steadily. Can't wait for my yearly subscription to end to join a better fitness centre.

Only star i can give is bcoz of the location n weight section.. otherwise maintenance is horrible literally.. Restrooms /locker rooms syink like crazy. Most of the places AC is not working.. Many of the cardio equipment is OUT OF ORDER. No matter how many times u tell them they don't care.

Indiranagar Gold's gym. pros: -Good location, good facilities. -Very good if we hire premium trainers, you'll see the result for sure. - very clean gym. cons: - Very bad if we say about maintenance, many of the machines are "out of order" since many months. - The yoga mats they use looks like ages old and very dirty, the black or rubber of mat will stick to your clothes if you use it. I don't know when will they change these mats, they guys are spoiling brand name. - Looks like everything needs to be repaired, dressing room is so suffocated and it's AC doesn't work at all , I am not sure they will every repair it or not. finally I would say nice gym with all nice facilities but I am not sure when management will open their eyes and will look into maintenance and buy some new stuff, at least they should buy some yoga mats. They are charging a lots of money from every customer they are charging almost double or more compare to other good gyms.
