The Les Mills workout sessions that range from Zumba, exercise for the abs, TRX, Power Yoga, Disq and others are absolutely great. The trainers are amazing and they make sure to give you the best workout possible. The classes are fun at an overall level and the timings are varied and you can build your own workout session and attend the classes you think will make a difference.

Sry i am keeping my identity confidential because i have to spend some more time there, because i have already paid and i am stuck there but i don`t want any body to face the same. No doubt trainers are good but when it comes to gym, its not the right value for the many you go to gym not for the AC and Listening music but to burn calories, Please take feedback point by point 1. Weigts:-only one set is available so if crowd is more there would be waiting time, GYM has got another set but grip of the dumbels is very bad 2. Parking: no parking, parking at owners risk at road side 3. No equipments for ABs, foreArms, no pullups bar, 35 Kg dumbel is missing from the day of opening, no decline bench is there.

There is nothing special u get aftet paying so much of money no parking, no dumble only one set is there, no pullups bar, nothing for forearms, nothing for and at the time of joking they make many fake promisis but never fullfill
