2 years back I would have been rating kaizen 5 stars... Now probably none... Definitely not value for money. The gym equipment... Hardly works... No reliable internet.. Sadly complaints are just a waste of emotional energy... Group classes have really deteriorated... Now all we have is body pump... By in house trainers... Management cutting corners?...the front desk seems to be only concerned with greeting you and a forced bye when you leave... If you enquire anything else your told to refer an app ...with so many New gyms in the same area... Maybe not the best of options

Group classes were good, when it comes to gym you have take a personal trainer worth xxxxxk , no diet plan no routine of work outs..initially everything was promised. Good crowd.
