Very clean and well maintained. General trainers are very accomodative and ready to train you all the time. Also, you'll see no lack of trainers at any point of time in the gym.

I have never had a positive thing for gym till I joined here. When I went to Gold's Gym for a visit, I was like is it possible for a person like me to go to gym everyday? Now I say Yes, I have been regular from the day I joined and am loving it. The world class equipment, the cleanliness, the trainers, nutrionist etc., etc., I am loving every part of it.

I have been a gym rat for more than 11 years now, seen many gyms around the world as well as in India, and I must say, this is one of the best gyms you can find in India. Obviously they are a big brand but there are lot of reasons for this. Read on. First, this gym is spacious and well lit, you wont feel like working out inside a garage. They have recently changed the floor layout so there is separate space for cardio machines, weights, and free floor where no weights are allowed. They also have separate rooms for aerobics and spinning which have schedules. There are motivational quotes on the wall above the mirrors which keeps the workout fuel burning. Second, the machines are of very high quality, well maintained and any defects are fixed immediately without complaints. Every third saturday of the month is off and reserved for maintenance. I have seen some parts worn out but replaced within a week. Also, there are plenty of free weights from 5 lbs to 100 lbs many of them multiple sets. No one could complain about lack of weights here. The bars of top quality, no rust. I have never felt lack of machines or weights for working out any part of the body here. The machines have lock n load technology, you can just slide a lever to increase the weight, as easy as that. Third, they always play trance or electronic music, which keeps the workout mood always on. I have seen many gyms where slow boring music is played which puts you to sleep and is quite irritating for lifters or runners. Fourth, there are personal trainers available and they are very fit and well built. If you have are a newbie to the gym and wouldn't want to break a bone or rip a muscle, you can hire one for sometime. You will be motivated by them for sure. Also, the floor trainers are helpful, if you put your ego aside and ask for some advice, they will surely assist you without any problem. Fifth, the gym crowd is well behaved. Many of them workout themselves without blocking machines. I have never faced a problem of waiting for machine here. Another reason for this maybe, there are plenty of machines and weights that are available here. Six, there are dressing rooms with big(really big) lockers available. You can easily lock your office bag inside without the worry of them getting stolen and do your workout. You can carry your own lock, so no need to get the lock from front desk every day. Just leave it unlocked everyday, its not for permanent use. Seven, a steam bath and bathrooms with hot water, who wouldn't love that? You can freshen up and go to office directly from here. A steam bath in a week would certainly brighten your skin. Eight, they don't close the gym very often. Every third Saturday is maintenance day. That's it. On most of the holidays, they are open, so you don't need to give a break to your workout. They are open on Sunday's too, though till noon 2 PM. I have seen gyms which are closed on Sunday's and all holidays. So you can imagine how many days in India they are open. No such worries here. Last but not the least, there is plenty of basement parking available. One full floor is reserved for the gym. You can park your vehicle and workout with a free mind. They might charge a bit higher than other gyms but I believe it's totally worth it. I never regreted a single moment for spending to register here, and I believe any fitness freak would feel the same too. Happy workout!

Being an IT professional, sedentary lifestyle made me put on those extra Kgs. I go to this centre and love their teaching styles and the fees are worth spending. The personal instructor is very approachable and is always ready to help.
