About Body Image Fitness Center
Body Image Fitness Centre has various services offered ranging from fitness programs for weight gain and weight loss, cardio exercises within the facility of a cardio theatre, body strengthening and body building fitness programs. Functional training, circuit training and aerobics jazzercises also form a part of the service offerings. The personal trainers are well certified, supportive and guide through positively. The trainers offer appropriate guidance to the beginners who are not used to any exercise or fitness programs. They try to improve your movements until you get and go for it. There is provision for free parking. The weekday and weekend batches are quite flexible and convenient for professionals as well to join in the class. Free parking and changing rooms are added advantage.

I made a right choice by joining Body Image. Very much satisfied by the training provided by the trainers by taking individual attention to each one of them, and also gives good suggestions regarding any doubts asked. All the trainers are very cool and calm by the approach.
