About Iron Cult
Vishwanthar Ramaiah, is the Chief Executive Officer of a modest but fulfilling fitness centre, the Iron Cult, in Bangalore, India. In addition to the personal fitness trainer certification that he was awarded from the International Sports Sciences Association, he also has a Diploma in Dietetics and Nutrition. Many times in the past, he suffered severe injuries experimenting with rigorous bodybuilding routines, and on occasion, admittedly, still has a tendency to become a bit overzealous and extend his limits; but in the main, he has learned that balance and integration are the keys to real physical fitness. Few services offered ranging from fitness programs for weight gain and weight loss, cardio exercises within the facility of a cardio theatre, body strengthening and body building fitness programs. Definitely the best fitness trainer i have worked out under. very knowledgeable, be it his training or his diets. keeps adding different workouts different routines so we don't get bored of repeating the wrokouts. his emphasis is on functional workouts rather than just building body, to be leaner fitter & stronger is his way to workout. been working out here from 6-7 years, though on & off (not regular mostly) become a lot stronger thanks his training.
