Intensity has the best cardio, lock n load strength machines and leverage series strength equipments. Good ambience to workout, locker, steam bath and shower facilities available. There is free parking place available for the 2 wheeler and the 4 wheelers, Metro Station is situated at walk away distance

I gained 8kg in just 2 months,excellent personal training, gained a lot of benefits and confidence after joining here ,thanks to suresh sir and balachandra sir

Now intensity fitness center has 3 floors equipped with Leverage strength machines and Box master which is first time in India, If you are looking for Results this is the best place to join. There are 9 trainers to teach the exercises
