"An apple a day keeps the doctor away". So true about Apple fitness as not only it keeps the doctor away but stress and unhealthy lifestyle at bay :) .One of the best Gym and fitness centers in Bangalore. I am in HSR and have been going to Apple Fitness HSR center for last 2 months. PROS: -Best state of the class equipment which are really well maintained. - Loaded with Modern amenities very well maintained, the Healthy food and juice counter is an added advantage - Amazing trainers everyone is focused and always ready to help you with a smile. They would push you motivate you without being tough but an easy attitude. - For me the greatest perk is that they have the best internationally recognized Group classes that includes Less Miles Miles Body Balance Body Combat, Zumba Yoga, TRX...the list goes on and on as every month they keep on introucing new classes - The group class instructors are very good the classes are really fun and at the end of it you don't feel like you were working out. CONS: There are none. APPLE Fitness team: Keep up the great job that you are doing!!!#I would highly recommend this Fitness center and GYM who want to get a fitter and healthier life.

My New Temple! Pros: Super Amazing Group Classes, Top Class Equipments, Healthy Nutrition Bar (amazing salads, sprouts, sandwich & juices), Steam Bath, Cons: Trainers not very active, Stairs to Gym not clean due to ongoing construction, No Group classes on holidays/bandhs, No Napkins (Gym work out)/ No Towels (Shower), No Wifi Arguably one of the best gym of HSR Layout and Value for Money! I definitely recommend this gym to friends/colleagues or anyone interested in HSR Layout!
