Great place to get your workouts in at reasonable prices. Friendly staff and well educated certified trainers to help with your fitness regiment. Some of the equipment there however needs tending to such as the pulldown machine and the crossover machine. Also it would be nice to have some resistance bands to help assist beginners and Intermediate lifters with calisthenic excercices such as pullups and dips.

Aero fitness is the best gym in malleshpalya. The one thing that makes any gym stand out is the trainer, similarly,backbone of aero fitness is Rahamadh. Make no mistake, he's the real deal! A combination of wonderful personality and well versed knowledge about every body type and nutrition, and will push you beyond your comfort zone to get you where you want to be. He mixes it up so that you can never get bored of working out, makes losing weight a fun task but also gives you a tough time sometimes. In the end it's the results that matter. I've only been training with him for a year now and I've had amazing transformations. I would highly recommend aero fitness gym if you're not a quitter.

For workouts I think this is the best gym as well the trainer (rahamath) is very expert in training the people and guides very well

He is very good to Motivate me to fit. He always clear my doubts while doing workout. Highly recommend person for training
