We have Zumba which is a high energy workout routine, which combines latin american dance moves for a total body workout. Aerobics is also a good stepping stone for the more demanding forms of dancing because it improves your coordination. Aero fitness is the best centre in Bangalore ,reasonable rates ,spacious and excellent trainers the best being Mr.Pappu .once u start training with him no other trainer is good enough. Be it aerobics or personal training he is the best most excellent trainer I have ever come across.He is THE BEST
