This is the best fitness centre I have been to from the time I am living in bangalore. It is a complete fitness package. Not just the gym equippments the group classes are a must go. Satish Sir is the best fitness coach I ever had in my life and yes I am a North Indian :D :P. The gym have is fully equipped but what draws me are the group classes. As they include all different forms of intense physical trainings, ATW, yoga, zumba etc. Satish, the trainer is a multifaceted personality who will push your limits in intense trainings like a strict army trainer and relax your mind with a voice of deep yoga trainer. I used to find gym montonous before but in his class every day is a different workout, different limitation your body will cross, different experience you will have and that comes in the your budget. Just come and experience yourself.
