Bharat Thakur, the founder of Artistic Yoga, is a world renowned spiritual master who has done intensive studies in all forms of Yoga and hatted with a Masters in Exercise Physiology. His vision is to integrate ancient Yoga postures with contemporary techniques suitable for the modern lifestyle that would bear fruits of strength, stamina, flexibility and balance of the physical, mental and spiritual body. Programs include all forms of Yoga (Asanas, Pranayama, Bandhas, Kriyas, Mudras and Patanjali) and Mystic Arts (Ayurveda, Tantra, Mantra, Yantra, Kamasutra and Vedic Astrology). Each instructor is personally chosen and trained by Bharat Thakur himself and has to undergo a four - year training followed by a six - month apprenticeship making Bharat Thakur Artistic Yoga one of the leading Yoga companies in India. Developed in 1999, it now revives the freshness and spontaneity of the art and radiates power, dynamism and authenticity.
