I enrolled for pre natal yoga class in second trimester. Bhaswati ma'am not only focus on just the yoga part but all the other aspects - diet, routine and ant other health issue related to pregnancy and advise on how to correct it. Her knowledge in Yoga really makes you comfortable and one can feel the difference once we start doing the exercise regime regularly. Really happy I joined the classes. Moreover, the sessions are not overcrowded hence everyone gets individual attention.

I joined the classes in my second trimester. Bhaswati ma'am not only focuses on just the yoga part, but also the overall about the diet, routine, any particular health issue where she can be of help. The sessions are not crowded hence one gets individual attention. The asanas are included which can be done till the end of 3rd trimester .Her concern and knowledge really makes a difference .I felt the benefits since I started the regime.
