Things promised at the time of enrolling. 1. A/C - Don't remember it being switched on 2. Diet Counselling - None whatsoever. at most will tell you what you already know. 3. Trainers - Only 1 Vignesh who is used to come in the morning is knowledgeable and knows how to train well. you will need to hang around the rest of the trainers and wait for them to finish their conversations and gala time to notice you and tell you the next exercise. 4. Equipments - are good enough and helpful.
