About Rashtrotthana Fitness Center
Rashtrotthana Fitness Center is a huge gym with all the amenities. Launched in 2012 by Rashtrotthana Parishat is a voluntary organization which is dedicated to public service since 1965. Gym, Aerobics, Body building, Zumba and Pilates are available. Gym is the main workout area which has lot of latest equipments machines and weights. There is a Cardio Theatre which includes includes many types of cardiovascular training-related equipment such as rowing machines, stationary exercise bikes, elliptical trainers and treadmills. Personal training is another facility provided for nutrition, fitness, training, health advice and consultation. The centre has skilled trainers. There are separate batches for young and adults. Rashtrotthana Fitness Center has conducted many fitness events. With all these amenities, a perfect place for fitness is what Rashtrotthana Fitness Center.
