As We Have Identified Some Of The Common Ailments Of Our Times Are Back And Spinal Problems, Stomach Upset, Obesity And Excessive Stress, We Have Accordingly Selected Some Of The Suitable Yogic Exercises And Yoga Postures Which Are Practiced In A Sequence With Particular Emphasis On Deep Relaxation And Awareness.
