Working out at RDI is an awesome experience.. In 1 class we have both Zumba & HIIT workout which burns fat and increases stamina. There are n number of fitness centres in BTM, this is no match to any. Though the class gets full, instructor gives equal attention to all. I echo, best best best place to workout.
