About Aurobindo Yoga Classes

Sri Aurobindo Complex Trust is situated in J P Nagar, 1st Phase, Bangalore and according to the Trust members themselves, it functions as an "experimental laboratory in service of the Truth as envisaged by Sri Aurobindo and The Mother". It believes in imparting knowledge of yoga to its members who believe not just in being physically fit, but also being mentally aware of themselves. They create a positive atmosphere and nurture wellness in their surroundings. They offer various wellness programs like yogasana classes and meditation classes. All the teachers are well trained and they contribute to making a difference in people's lives.
