About The Pilates Studio
A group class with the maximum of five participants that is rapidly paced. These circuit classes focuses on all body parts - Legs, Arms, Back, Chest, Shoulders, and of course the Core (abdominals) and gets the pulse going. Class format remains the same for a month and participants clients try to ensure they can complete all exercises before the time is up. These include Reformer, Trapeze Table, Combo Chair, Ladder Barrel and Mat).
