It offers a wide variety of classes anchored by three of the most popular Less Mills programs: Step Aerobics, Floor Aerobics, Dance Aerobics. The Aerobics and Fitness Studiao is a 800 square foot Studio located at 54/9 Rajender Nagar, Near G.D. Salwan Public School, from market side. We have full length mirrors, bathrooms and changing areas, a high quality Stereo System and new equipement for a wide variety of group fitness classes.
