it is a very nice gym. i joined pink pallikaranai last month and i lost 4 kg with in a month. Fulk fledged training and i really impressed about the service and thanks for the management.

I have joined pink after an accident . They help me to strengthen my muscles . We do have 2sets of package . One is normal maintenance and other is trim . Trim will have quite heavy workouts. I usually go in morning and my trainer is Priya. To be simple she is genuine to her work .

Nice ambience , the trainers motivate a lot and are health conscious they give good suggestions. I was suffering from back pain, by going to gym daily the pain is better. The trainer gives me training according to my health conditions.

I joined this gym 2 month ago n reduced weight following their diet n cardio and the trim session..... Excellent result....My trainer Priya motivate to shed weight slowly n helps in tonning muscles....thank you Priya....
