I joined the Gym on 24th may 2017, and asked for two wheeler parking. The management said beside to bus stop which is service road. But on 25th Traffic police came and moving two wheelers from those who parked at opposit to Gym. And the management is shouting traffic police ( mini Lorry)came take ur bikes from there. At the very quick time we go down they are locking the bikes with chains. Everyone knows Traffic police men will not listen any excuses. We are all paid Fine against wrong parking. Guys, those who are all coming by walk then it's okay to continue Gym. Or else u should always looking down at the service road from the mirror and wasting ur time in doing the workouts. Since they don't have proper parking and they will not responsible. Simply they will say I have shouted , u should go down and take ur bike. This is Wht will happen everyday if u join the gym. Wasting gym fee and Traffic police fine amount. Since it is a commercial area. Think and take care.....

I started to train just to reduce belly fat and got so involved now with all sort of workouts like Endurance, Strength training, Flexibility exercises etc all thanks to the nice and friendly staff. The main instructor might seem moody but when you initiate conversation, you can draw a wealth of knowledge on all things workouts as he's ex.Mr.South India. Anand is another staff with loads of energy and enthusiasm for the members to draw from. My result in the past 75 days has been from 79.3 KG to 73.2 KG. The soreness and stiffness of working from a cubicle are gone and has been replaced by a relatively flexible body. I intend to get more fit in the coming days. Come with an open mind and a plan to get fit. You won't be disappointed. All the best.

Perfect place for workout in sholinganallur. Value for money. Air conditioned workout place. Dress changing room available. Separate place for ladies and gents. Fully equipped gym.
