Joining Amrutha Bindu to learn yoga is one of the best decisions I've taken. I came here with a goal of getting my pcod and thyroid problems solved. I took a trial class and I knew right away that I didn't want to learn yoga anywhere else! Though I'd been practicing in different places, here, in one day, I had an experience that I cannot pen down in words. All the teachers in the shala are very helpful and friendly. I knew what yoga really is, after I stepped in here. I came to improve my health and I discovered myself. I owe a lot to the shala and all the teachers here. :)
