The gym is not good at all First a fall no marketing skills they just stand like statues they just keep the rate card in front of us and dont even speak up about their memberships The morning gym instructor is just not good at all She doesnt have knowledge of NUTRITION WORKOUT and the owners are also arrogant They just fool peoples by saying you can follow your own workout but actually we cant They have weights but they dont allow to use foolish people The morning instructor says we have to do only 15 reps of each exercise and that too 1 set Where 3 sets of 15 reps are done Illmannered trainer just stands like a statue And doesnt know workout postures Everyday i had got a pain in my back and use to make me do wrong workout The trainer doesnt even groom up and come People asked the trainer what can we have after workout the trainers reply was ANYTHNG Would never recommned such a gym where there is no motivation cheap quality services are provided Chances of injury are high bcoz they dont have Professional trainers Worst gym
