I had a horrible experience with VLCC, MG rd indore. The story starts whn I booked makeup services for my brother's wedding n paid 20k for the services. The makeup which the makeup artist did to me n my mom was terrible. I was so disappointed with the result that i didn't took rest of the services. I askd for the refund of the remaining amount as i was unsatisfied with their services, but they didnt obliged; so the only choice left was to take other services from there. I stay in Pune, so i askd my family members to take remaining of the services. However, even aftr best of our efforts we cldn't exhaust the balance. Recently, when i was in the city, I wnt to the branch to take the final services, the attendant had no clue abt my package. While buying the packge, i was promised complete transparency; however on this visit they had completely opposite attitude, behaved rudely n askd me to take all the remaining services today or they won't be responsible for providing any more services.
