Isha Yoga Centre in tarnaka is a very inspiring place to do yoga. Everything from the environment to spaciousness makes you feel really good and keeps you in mood to do yoga. Instructors are very professional and helpful. Never had a problem so far.

Good gym with very good collection of equipment in monster fitness studio anna nagar. Even trainers are also very friendly and give personal attention. I am taking personal training and it is great.

Was looking for yoga classes in dombivli east. A friend suggest shri ambika yoga kutir dombivli east. It’s a good place to learn yoga. Teachers are helpful and they look after you. I am having fun in classes. Good place to learn yoga.

If you are looking for a good gyms in anna nagar chennai that too in budget then should go to monster fitness studio anna nagar definitely. Gym machine is full imported and trainer is also very friendly. They will teach each exercise taking time. Very good if you are beginner. Diet plan also you can get.

I am working in IT industry for a long time now and gained too much weight. I tried many gyms in anna nagar chennai but nothing was helping. Finally joined monster fitness studio anna nagar together wirh a colleague. 6 months later I have already lost 8kgs! Thanks to dedicated trainer who is giving personal attention even to beginners. Very good equipment collection and lots of space also. Best gym I feel!
