Must Have

Soups & teas: Include vegetable soups in your diet. Rich in nutrients and hydrating properties, they also help keep the sniffles at bay. Herbal tea prevents indigestion and masala tea helps avoid cold and throat infections.

Fresh & dry food: Opt for dry foods like oats, chickpea, and corn as semi-liquid and liquid foods are more prone to incur fungal and bacterial infection, besides causing bloating. Meals prepared from fresh ingredients are always the better choice than fast or pre-cooked meals.
